1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and all related services, including matchmaking, dating consultation, and profile analysis (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Eligibility

By applying for membership or using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are legally single (or separated where legally recognized) and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Providing false information may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any fees paid.

Albanian Dating provides personalized matchmaking, dating consultation, and related services. Our membership plans, fees, and the specific services included are detailed on our "Services" page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and profiling process.

5. User Conduct

8. Fees and Payment

Certain services are offered under paid membership plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect any membership plan you have already paid for.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not guarantee that you will find a partner or achieve a specific outcome. Our role is to facilitate introductions based on our professional expertise and the information you provide.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Albanian Dating, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Service, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tiranë, Albania, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
